    Airport: Book your flights to arrive before 12 noon and depart after 12 noon at (SJO) Juan Santamaría International Airport in San Jose, Costa Rica

    Check your email for an invite to the virtual orientation, which will be held one month before your trip. Save it to your calendar and come prepared with questions for the 1-hour session, which includes an overview and Q&A.

Itinerary

Day 1 🦜

Touch down in Costa Rica and get ready to sink into pura vida vibes! After a scenic drive to Puerto Viejo (with a delicious lunch stop, of course), we’ll kick things off with a warm welcome reception. Settle in, soak up the tropical energy, and dive into our first Infinity Workshop to ignite your healing journey. As the sun sets, the night comes alive—enjoy dinner, and vibe out at a pool party in a relaxed atmosphere for some bonding time!

Day 2 🍫

Start the day with intention as we deepen our journey in our second Infinity Workshop. Then, it's time for an unforgettable adventure—immerse yourself in indigenous Bri Bri culture, learning the art of chocolate-making before cooling off under a breathtaking waterfall. After a well-earned lunch, unwind with free time at the beach, where golden sands and turquoise waters set the scene for relaxation. As dusk falls, enjoy dinner before being mesmerized by an electrifying fire show, with an free night to explore as you please!

Day 4 🌊

The ultimate adventure day is here—choose your adrenaline rush! Zipline through the treetops, rappel down waterfalls, paddle through Caribbean waves, or explore lush nature trails. After lunch, tap into the rhythm of Afro-Caribbean culture with a craft-making session led by local artisans. The afternoon is yours to recharge before we come together for our final Infinity Workshop, where we bring everything full circle. As the sun sets, we’ll gather for a heartfelt dinner ceremony, sharing reflections and memories before packing up for departure.

Day 3 🌅

Wake up with the sun for a powerful sunrise ceremony, complete with a soulful sound bath, yoga, and meditation. Fuel up with a beachside breakfast, then channel your inspiration into our third Infinity Workshop. Afterward, strike a pose at a photoshoot, explore the charm of Puerto Viejo on a guided town tour, and enjoy a leisurely afternoon. As night falls, enjoy a flavorful dinner before an optional moonlit night hike through the jungle—an enchanting experience for those craving a nocturnal adventure.

Day 5 ✈️

With hearts full and minds inspired, we say goodbye to our tropical oasis. Grab a to-go breakfast and settle in for the scenic drive back to SJO. Flights depart but the transformation and sisterhood built here will stay with you long after you leave. Until next time, Infinityland stays with you in your infinite state of mind.

    • We stay in safe, clean, and comfortable boutique hotels that are vetted for quality that ensures you’ll be well-rested and secure in a welcoming environment. Room options are available for both private and shared rooms.

    • Shared rooms are paired by gender to ensure a comfortable and respectful experience for everyone. We provide the opportunity for participants to request gender-inclusive rooming or to be paired with a buddy of their choice to ensure all participants feel welcomed and respected.

  • 🍽️ Savor the Flavors of Costa Rica! We’ll provide three delicious meals a day, offering a mix of group meals catered at the hotel and dining out at local hot spot restaurants.

  • No unapproved guests are allowed at the retreat. If someone wants to attend, they are welcome to register as a participant.
