Kristina Ashley Williams blends her expertise in experiential education, human-centered design, and social entrepreneurship to reimagine well-being through creative expression, social connection, and touching some freakin’ grass.
A lifelong explorer, Kristina began solo traveling at 17, a journey that’s now taken her to 30+ countries and the experience of living across four continents. Her cross-cultural adventures deeply inform her passion for infusing global perspective into radical acts of healing, creativity, and community.
As a former tech founder and award-winning DEI leader, Kristina built a nationally recognized company that helped organizations create sustainable cultures of belonging. After years of guiding teams through transformation, she began asking a deeper question: What does it mean to truly heal in a high-stressed world — one facing increasing loneliness and social isolation? That curiosity led her down the rabbit hole of neuroaesthetics — the science of how art, nature, and belonging impact the brain.
Today, Kristina dedicates her work to advancing whole-person health at the intersections of art and adventure. As the Founder & CEO of Infinityland, she is leading a creative intelligence company that transforms brain science into immersive experiences for well-being — rooted in creativity, community, and nature. Key initiatives include artist residencies, study abroad programs, adult summer camps, field trips, corporate teambuilding, and a top-secret affordable housing project for creatives.
With an M.S. in Integrated Design, Business & Technology and an M.A. in Teaching Social Science, both from the University of Southern California, plus a B.A. in Sociology from Arizona State University, Kristina brings a multidisciplinary lens to everything she creates. Recognized by Forbes, Beyoncé, SXSW, TechCrunch, The Aspen Institute, and Yerba Buena Center for the Arts, she delivers interactive keynotes and trainings in between her many side quests in the arts and travel.
