  • Step 1: Book a Discovery Call
The Group Leader (a group supervisor such as a manager, teacher, coach, parent, or other organizational professional) will begin the registration process by booking a Discovery Call with our team. This call allows us to discuss your group’s needs, goals, and preferred camp dates.

    Step 2: Receive Email Invitation
After the Discovery Call, the Group Leader will receive an email invitation with a Registration Form. This form is used to reserve your group’s preferred camp dates for the trip.

    Step 3: Confirm Reservation
Once the Registration Form is completed, the Group Leader will receive a confirmation email, which includes a forwardable Registration link. The Group Leader will then share this link with the participants to complete their registration.

    Step 4: Deposit Payment
The Group Leader will decide whether they want to pay the collective deposit for the group or if each participant will make their own individual deposit to secure their spot.

    Step 5: Pre-Trip Preparation
All registered participants will receive a Pre-Trip Packet that includes important information about the trip. Participants (and their guardians if applicable) will also attend a virtual orientation before departure to go over final details and ensure everyone is prepared for the experience.
