The Vibes

Join us for a playful yet powerful adult camp designed to help you speak your truth, release tension, and recalibrate your energy. Whether you’re carrying the weight of work stress, family drama, relationship struggles, or the constant noise of society, this experience gives you dedicated time to release sadness, loneliness, and rage in a safe and supportive environment guided by professional facilitators.

At Crash Out Camp, we blend independent and group activities in creative expression, body movement, and peer connection for community-centered healing. You’ll share space with others who get it and have a chance to feel seen. Some moments will be loud and liberating, others quiet and reflective, with every activity crafted to help you reset, recharge, and reconnect with yourself, uninterrupted.

You’ll have time to cry, laugh, play, scream, and yes—even smash a few things. You’ll leave feeling lighter, clearer, and equipped with new tools and connections to stay grounded through life’s unpredictability.

Instead of paying $100–$300 for a single hour of one-on-one talk therapy, join us for a full agenda of interactive stress release with peer group bonding and support.

Choose from two experiences: a 1-day ticket packed with activities to clear your mind and release tension from your body, or a 2-day option with an extra day to learn new coping skills and restore your nervous system. This is a day camp that takes place 12pm-6pm each day and does not have an overnight stay.

Crash Out Camp is your permission to name what’s on your mind, talk a lil sh*t, let it go, and tap back into your personal peace.
